Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical and requirement alignment with clients
• Attend to client’s additional request/enquiries
• Convey the business requirement from clients to relevant project PICs
• Documentize discussed agenda between you and client
• Verify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions;
• Conduct reviews and support sessions for existing clients;
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction;
• Explore practical solution or recommendation that suits client

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Work in a fast-paced but rewarding environment- work with development tools like Java, Swift, Android/iOS SDK, with an added advantage for Flutter & React
• At least 1-2 years of experience in mobile application development
